Its been a while!

I cant believe how long its been since Ive blogged. 1 YEAR!! So much has happened I wouldnt even know where to start. But one major event that I cant NOT post, is last year at the end of September we had the most amazing opportunity. We went to HAWAII! There was a time in my life when I thought going to Hawaii or anywhere like it was just out of the question. Only rich people go there, right? Well, I was wrong. And I have come to learn over the past year or 2 that you can do anything you want, and dreams are achievable. Someone said "You wont see it until you believe it." I like that a lot, a little more optimistic I guess than the old "I wont believe it till I see it" saying. Anyway, about Hawaii. We were able to spend the most amazing 8 days there with our good friends Jonny and Brittany. 5 days in Maui and 3 days in Oahu, so that we could go skydiving. (I was the only one who ended up not going through with it.) I cant explain all the details in one blog because there were SO many fantastic things that happended while we were there. If you have facebook, You can read ALL about it in my "notes". Instead, I will post a few pictures of the highlights.

Sedona, the McVey Retreat!

Im so lucky to have such an amazing mom and sisters. I dont know what I would to without them. Each of them in their own way gives me something that lifts me up and helps to make me a better person. Such diverse, unique, amazing personalities that just make our family time so much fun. We all went to Sedona for a girls weekend out and had an amazing time, it just wasnt long enough! So theraputic, just being with my girls, no guys, just talking, laughing, remoniscing....

We are finally moved in! Randy and I no longer live in Casa Grande, we are now located in Gilbert, by the San Tan mall. I have shed many tears leaving Casa Grande, away from the perfect house down the street from all my family. But, Randy and I are making the best of everything and are exited to be living in Gilbert again, and are actually very comfy in our apartment. I started my new job on Monday. Im still working for Walgreens, but Im now working in the mail order facility. So far the training has been kind of a drag, but this next week I will be on the floor actually working so Im exited to see how it goes. I hope that I enjoy it there.

San Diego

Im way behind on blogging! Its been almost a month ago that we went to San Diego for the ribbon cutting for our business, and I just have to say it was SUCH a blast!!! We car pooled and roomed with our buds Jonny and Brittany who are also involved in the business. We had such a great time, from the ribbon cutting, to going to the beach, to Disney Land and California Adventures! We stayed at the Hyatt on the coast in San Diego and had a beautiful view of the ocean and the city as well. At the Hilton, where we had the ribbon cutting, we were priveledged to have Montel Williams come hang out with us and speak to us about the amazing results he has had from taking Protandim (the product we are all distributing.) Montel has MS and Protandim has decreased his symptoms dramatically, its amazing! That night we all went out for dinner and dancing, havnt done that for years!! We went to huntington beach the next day with jonny and britt and had a delicious dinner out on the pier at Rubys. The next day we went to disneyland and california adventures and it was SO much fun! I already want to go back, and this time get 2 day passes! Being involved in this business, Life Vantage, has been nothing but FABULOUS so far. We have made such good friends and have met some really amazing people. We are so exited to see what the future will bring next, but right now we are just enjoying life and trying to scrape up enough money for a trip to Hawaii with our friends, I cant wait!!! If anyone wants to check out this great opportunity we are involved in let me know and I will give you all exiting details! Here are some pictures from the our week in San Diego!

Randy and I spent Saturday at Canyon Lake with family and friends and had a blast! We rented a boat and some jet skiis and played on the water for like 6 hours. My legs got fried cause for some reason I didnt think they would need any sun screen. Well, they did, and I will never go sunscreenless again. I applied it everywhere else thank goodness. Randy and I decided we need to be rich soon so we can go boating all the time! haha, really, I forgot how much fun it was cause I havnt been for so long. It was a much needed trip and now Im so exited for this weekend cause we are going camping with my family! Only Saturday and Sunday though, but it will still be nice to get away for a bit. I would like to give a shout out to some friends that I havnt seen for a while: Joleen, Katt, Brittany. Haha, love you guys and miss you!

So much love

For those of you who dont know who this is, this is my nephew Ethan Dreyer, Nicole's baby. He is almost a year and 1/2 now. Its hard for me to imagine me loving my own baby more than I love this kid. He brings me SOOOOO much joy I cant even describe it! Nicole was truly blessed with an amazing little boy. He came to Nicole through in vitro, after about 5 years of trying to have a baby. It was a miracle to see him being born, a day we didnt think would ever come! Tears spilled from everyone in the room when he came into this world. He's brought so much happiness to all of his family. He has such a cute and funny personality, and this is one of my favorite pictures we just recently took of him. He has discovered one of the greatest uses of his finger. :) I just love him so much and hope that I can soon give him a play mate.
